BENEFICIAL TEA



Tea is beneficial for health for several reasons. Firstly, tea contains antioxidants, particularly polyphenols like catechins, which help protect the body's cells from damage caused by free radicals. These antioxidants are believed to contribute to reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease and cancer. Some teas, like chamomile and peppermint, have calming effects that can improve sleep quality and reduce stress.
